Long hours at work - early starts - late finishes. different shifts at work - standard - afternoon shift - evening shift. physically Tired and fatigued. mentally exhausted. declining motivated levels. household commitments- cleaning, washing, cooking, preparing for the following day. family commitments, functions, gathering, partner
