The goal of Kids functional Fitness Training is too gets kids up and active, experiencing joy in exercise with both Metafit and Bootcamp styles of training that are brief, fun and effective. It will provide all children the opportunity to increase their level of fitness, improve their strength and boost their love of exercise, in both group and individual challenges.

Metafit:

  • HIIT high intensity interval training - short bursts of high intensity activity that is on average 20 min in length, this short and effective workout keeps it interesting for children and those that have short attention span.
